Order Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Application
This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed through the website and delivered within Australia.
It sets out the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for cancellation requests before dispatch, in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Schedule 2 – Australian Consumer Law).
2. Cancellation Conditions
- Customers may request order cancellation within a maximum of 24 hours from order confirmation, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched or handed over to the carrier.For all valid cancellation requests submitted within the allowed timeframe, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
- Once this period has passed, or once the order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer available.In such cases, the customer must receive the order and may submit a return request after delivery in accordance with the store’s return process.
3. Cancellation Request Procedure
To request a cancellation, customers must complete the following steps:

Provide the order number, purchase date, and reason for the request
The request will only be considered valid after written confirmation has been provided by us.
If the order is still under processing, we will proceed with cancellation and initiate the refund promptly.
4. Refund Processing Time and Method
Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the refund will generally be processed within 2–5 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the financial institution or payment service provider.
