1. Delivery Area

Our store delivers all furniture products exclusively within Australia.
All orders are handled in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Schedule 2 – Australian Consumer Law) and are shipped via professional logistics providers specialising in furniture delivery.

Certain remote or hard-to-access areas within Australia may, in rare cases, be subject to delivery limitations depending on carrier accessibility.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value below 100 € are subject to a shipping fee of 6 €.
Orders with a total value of 100 € or more qualify for free delivery across Australia.

All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes.

3. Order Processing and Preparation Time

After successful payment, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
This process includes order verification, quality inspection, and preparation for dispatch.

Processing Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed before 4:50 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 4:50 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Deliveries are handled by selected logistics partners to ensure secure and reliable transportation of furniture products.

The estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address or external factors beyond our control, such as weather or transport disruptions.

5. Taxes

All prices listed on the website include applicable taxes in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to monitor the delivery status at any time.

If assistance is required, customer support is available during business hours.

7. Responsibility and Delivery Issues

We remain responsible for the products until they are delivered to the address provided by the customer, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

If visible damage is found upon delivery, it is recommended to refuse the package or report the issue immediately.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or absence of the recipient, a reasonable redelivery fee may be applied.
