These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website, as well as the rights and obligations between users and our store.
They apply to all sales and services offered through the website for delivery within Australia.

By accessing the website or placing an order, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms without reservation.

2. Customer Account and Responsibility

3. Products, Availability and Pricing

Products are described with the highest level of accuracy.
However, slight variations in colour, dimensions, or finish may occur due to display settings or manufacturing processes.

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the user will be informed and will receive a full refund.

4. Orders and Payments

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
The total amount must be paid at the time of order confirmation.

Payments are processed using recognised security standards.
An order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is successfully validated.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of obvious error, fraud, or technical issues.

5. Delivery and Shipping Policy

After successful payment, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
This process includes order verification, quality inspection, and preparation for dispatch.

Processing Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed before 4:50 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 4:50 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days after dispatch.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request order cancellation within a maximum of 24 hours from order confirmation, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched or handed over to the carrier.For all valid cancellation requests submitted within the allowed timeframe, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
  • Once this period has passed, or once the order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer available.In such cases, the customer must receive the order and may submit a return request after delivery in accordance with the store’s return process.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer a direct exchange service in order to ensure efficient and accurate processing of requests.

  • Customers may return the product following the return procedure and place a new order if a different item is required.
  • Each returned product undergoes an individual inspection to ensure quality control and proper inventory management.

Customers may submit a return request within 15 days after receiving the order.

A return will only be accepted if the product:

  • Is in its original condition, unused and undamaged
  • Is returned with all accessories, instructions, and original packaging
  • Is accompanied by a return request including the order number and reason

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is generally processed within 2–5 business days.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
